How LIXOR™ can help you?

 

Each LIXOR underwater aeration system is designed to achieve reliable mixing production efficiency. Aeration is the process of dissolving oxygen in the water. In purification of contaminated water, adequate aeration and mixing are a key component to successfully designed system. Dissolved oxygen allows aerobic bacteria and other microorganisms to dissolve organic and assimilating incoming organic matter significantly reduce the concentration of pollution in the wastewater.

Construction materials: Made of 100% anti-corrosion materials.

LIXOR™ installation: Underwater aeration systems are mounted in containers above or below ground. The containers can be made of concrete, fiberglass, scraper or plastic materials. Please read the product specifications for a recommended septic tank. Always check local laws before installing or changing the purification system. Contact us for more information about the correct container selection for your location.

Capacity: LIXOR systems are manufactured in convenient, affordable sizes and configurations. Several LIXOR modules can be used to achieve higher purification capabilities. Please contact us for more information about the correct choice of LIXOR system for you.

Energy requirements: Electrical components are manufactured under all world electrical requirements (voltage / phase / frequency).

Maintenance requirements: Once installed LIXOR systems almost do not require any support. The only moving part of the system is a ground compressor mounted at no more than 33m distance. Periodic review of electrical components is recommended. Waste should be removed when possible.

 

How it works

 

When used in pre-aeration or in sustained growth systems the above-ground regenerative compressor pumps a large amount of air into the underwater LIXOR aerating diffuser.

The comprehensively designed LIXOR Venturi chamber crushes the airflow into smaller balloons.

The air speed and the increase of water in the chamber creates a vacuum that pulls the surrounding fluids.

The result is a turbulent stream of water and bubbles that move up the container transferring oxygen to the water and creating horizontal and vertical mixing relations.
